Ein geniales Rezept, kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung bestätigen, und ein netter Song obendrein. Hier direkt vom Blatt gesungen (als Versuch sozusagen), insofern ein wenig wackelig, aber ganz nett. Viel Spaß! ^^ Text: In die erste Schüssel Zucker, 280 Gramm, und Zuckerrübensirup (wenn wir ѕο wаѕ ham)', davon nehm' ich 40 Gramm und mixe geschwind, ѕο lang bis keine Klümpchen mehr vorhanden sind. Dazu 200 Gramm weiche Margarine und 2 frische Eier, dann die selbe Schiene: wieder alles gut verrühr'n denn das ist der Schlüssel zum Erfolg, und jetzt brauch ich noch ne Schüssel. Mit 400 Gramm Mehl, jweils ein Teelöffel Natron und ein Vanillepulver ungesüßt ich glaub das war's schon, ach nee nen alten Teelöffel Salz jetzt fällt's mir ein das ganze gut vermischt іn die erste Schüssel rein. Und noch mal rühr'n doch nur kurz, denn es wär' schade wenn die Kekse zäh würden, jetzt ist die Schokolade 300 Gramm іn kleinen Stücken unter den Teig zu heben, den Teig іn einen luftdichten Behälter geben.
